Special Event
ACC Show 2019

It's American Craft Show Atlanta time again and SEFAA will once again be in the Inspiration Station in the center of the Show. This year we'll be making pom poms and supporting the Immigrant Yarn Project - the largest work of crowd-sourced art in the country. Our goal is to make enough pom poms for a 4'-tall totem (a metaphor for our crazy, wonky, diverse, and colorful country) and to start conversations about our own immigration stories.

Please volunteer for one or more shifts during the show and help us make pom poms. It's the perfect fun, quick, and easy textile project, and you can help promote SEFAA, your own work, and/or your favorite fiber organization while you're there. Just bring enthusiasm and business cards and we'll provide the rest (including free entry to the show). No experience necessary!

Of course, if you have some spare colorful yarn to donate or if you have questions, please email Volunteer@fiberartsalliance.org or call 678-235-4328.

Sorry, this event is over. Please visit SEFAA's website for upcoming classes, workshops, exhibitions, and events. You can also sign up for SEFAA's monthly E-newsletter to receive news and information directly in your inbox.
